Conscients de vos obligations et travaux en cours au sein de la station spatiale internationale, nous serons brefs.
\nNous vous pr\u00e9sentons l\u2019association GRAAL, seule structure fran\u00e7aise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la retraite des animaux de laboratoire, toutes esp\u00e8ces confondues, depuis 2005. <\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9quipe du GRAAL sait que de nombreux animaux d\u2019exp\u00e9rience se trouvent \u00e0 bord de l\u2019ISS (souris, 128 b\u00e9b\u00e9s pieuvres et 5.000 tardigrades – oursons d\u2019eau).
\nNous savons \u00e9galement que les petits animaux, qui vous ont rejoint jeudi 3 juin \u00e0 bord du lanceur Falcon 9 de Space X, seront congel\u00e9s avant d\u2019entamer leur retour sur Terre.<\/p>\n

Concernant les souris (\u00e9tudes sur la cicatrisation), nous vous proposons de les accueillir \u00e0 leur retour sur Terre afin de leur offrir la plus belle des retraites.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le GRAAL<\/a> travaille avec plus de 200 laboratoires fran\u00e7ais, qui lui font confiance, et nous esp\u00e9rons vivement que notre proposition retiendra votre attention. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The GRAAL Association is calling on French astronaut, Thomas Pesquet.<\/p>\n

Greetings to Thomas and all the ISS crew,<\/p>\n

We are conscious of your professional obligations and of the work currently being undertaken in the International Space Station, so we shall be brief.
\nWe would like to introduce you to the GRAAL (Reflection and Action Group for Animals), an association established in 2005, which is the only French facility specialized in offering retirement to laboratory animals of all species.
\nThe GRAAL team knows that there are a lot of test animals on board the ISS – mice, 128 young octopuses and 5,000 tardigrades (water bears).
\nWe are also aware that the small animals which joined you on board the SpaceX Falcon 9 launch vehicle on 3 June will be frozen before they begin their return to Earth.<\/p>\n

Regarding the mice (being used for wound healing research), we would like to take them in on their return to Earth to offer them the best possible retirement.<\/p>\n

The GRAAL works with more than 200 French laboratories, which regularly place their trust in us, so we sincerely hope that you will give our proposal due consideration.<\/p>\n

Giving these mice a retirement would be a small gesture for humankind, but a giant step in terms of space research ethics!<\/p>\n
